Man, 54, is accused of killing his mother by throwing her out of apartment window in Spain

The 54-year-old was arrested after an elderly woman, named locally as Neus, was found lying in the the street on Monday in the Catalan town of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, near Barcelona.
