Rachel Reeves surrenders to Labour rebels and axes two-child benefit cap - adding an extra £16billion to welfare bill after 'Budget for Benefits Street'

The Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) said that Ms Reeves' decision to ease the limit on how many children parents are given money for would add £3.1billion to the bill on its own.
