Unable to arrest Netanyahu, Mamdani says New Yorkers should protest Israeli leader at UN

Zohran Mamdani gave an address Tuesday, July 21 admitting he did not have the legal authority to arrest Benjamin Netanyahu on an International Criminal Court warrant.
