Moment rowdy drinker is tackled to the floor and handcuffed by cops outside of a bar after she squared up to an officer

The woman had been interfering with officers who were dealing with a suspected pickpocket outside of Irish bar Waxy's Little Sister in Wardour Street, Leicester Square, on Saturday.
