Flooded Britain on ice alert: Met Office warns roads and pavements will freeze over tonight as temperatures plummet to -2C after Storm Chandra left south west underwater

The Met Office has issued a new yellow weather warning for ice across much of England, Scotland and Wales, which will be in effect between 12am and 10am on Wednesday.
