I'm in the middle of raising a round in my day job and couldn't find a simple tool to model what my cap table would look like post-close. Everything I found was either aimed at later-stage companies or built around ESOP management, not quick hypotheticals.
So I built simplecap.info. It's early and rough, but I'm putting it out there to get feedback. There's a free to use tier. I'm building out a pro-teir that allows multiple people to edit the same model.
Things I'm thinking about implementing next are waterfall exits, concurrent editing by multiple users and ... suggestions welcome.
I've not built SaaS before so built this to learn the ropes. Would love feedback from anyone who's been through a raise or is in one now. Hope this is useful.
