Mamdani administration eyes new effort to steer sale of NYC rent-stabilized apartments

Mayor Zohran Mamdani visited a rent-stabilized building on East 103rd St. in Manhattan where a retaining wall collapsed a retaining wall prompted the city to issue a partial vacate order.
