DOJ explores having taxpayers personally apologize to Trump in cash

The Justice Department is reportedly exploring a novel and innovative new legal doctrine in which the president sues the government he controls, then orders that same government to pay him with your money.

The New York Times reported that the DOJ is considering settling the $10 billion lawsuit that Trump filed against the Internal Revenue Service over the leak of his 2019 tax returns.
