Woman, 28, airlifted off her first cruise after suffering horrific injuries between her legs caused by zip-line accident

Kirsten Lindsey, 28, was catastrophically injured on a rope swing during a shore excursion in Honduras. She had to be airlifted from Mexico and taken to the US for emergency surgery.
