Brothers Plead Guilty to Bribing NYC Buildings Commissioner Under Mayor Adams

Joseph and Anthony Livreri said they bribed the commissioner, Eric Ulrich, in an attempt to leverage his influence in City Hall. The brothers were indicted in 2023 alongside Mr. Ulrich.
