More than a year after a peace deal was signed, those fleeing fighting in the Democratic Republic of the Congo are finding refuge in camps that are already home to hundreds of thousands living in dire conditions
A cry of panic erupts across the camp as several shelters are engulfed in flames. Women rush to pull their children and meagre possessions away from the blaze. The young men of the camp quickly tear down the neighbouring shelters to form a firebreak.
