Afghan lorry migrant who stabbed innocent dog walker to death after trying to murder his landlord and attacking boy, 14, is handed hospital order

Dawood Safi, an Afghan national who entered the UK on the back of the lorry and then lied about his age, carried out the 'random, frenzied' attack on his landlord and an unarmed dog walker.
