Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) cut off MSNBC host José Díaz-Balart Friday as he tried to move an interview on from Donald Trump's selection of Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL).
She stopped him, not willing to move on from highlighting her reasons why her fellow Floridian is unfit for further government service.
During a discussion on the president-elect's cabinet personnel preferences, the two dissected Gaetz's legal problems that reportedly have many Republicans worried.
"Matt Gaetz has no experience whatsoever with the Department of Justice other than being a subject of investigation for trafficking sex trafficking minors," Wasserman told the host. "I mean, that's his experience with the Department of Justice and, I mean, we're talking about someone who would be responsible for the entire system of justice, who has been investigated by the system of justice and has no other experience other than that"

"It is an extreme, outrageous nomination and one that, obviously, I think should be defeated," she continued as Diaz-Balart attempted to change the subject to former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard who was picked by Trump to be his Director of National Intelligence.
"Let's talk about former Hawaii Democratic congresswoman," he began as she talked over him and stated, "Jose, let me just — let me add something else."
"Because this is an extremely important appointment," she proceeded. "You wouldn't trust Matt Gaetz, most parents wouldn't trust Matt Gaetz with their teenager, never mind our entire system of justice. For the president to nominate him to be in charge of our entire system of justice is really dangerous, and I just want to underscore that."
