Mayor Adams blames 'failed' system after man accused of fatal stabbing spree in Manhattan

New York City Mayor Eric Adams and New York City Police Department Interim Commissioner Thomas Donlon brief the media on a series of incidents that took place this morning within the confines of the 10th and 17th police precincts on Monday, Nov. 18, 2024.
